All Muse XII gelées are prepared with animal-derived gelatin. Certain flavours may also contain lactose or other allergens depending on their individual composition.

As all products are prepared in the same kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.

Certain flavours are infused with spirits, while others are entirely alcohol-free. Products containing alcohol are clearly identified on the website. Customers who have questions regarding a specific flavour or ingredient are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.

Orders may be placed directly through our website. We recommend placing your order as early as possible, particularly during holidays and peak event seasons, to ensure availability.

Muse XII also offers bespoke commissions for brand activations, private celebrations, corporate gifting, and special events. Custom projects are quoted individually based on the scope of the request and may require additional lead time.

We are based in Montreal, Quebec. Delivery is available locally throughout Montreal and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on the destination.

An adult recipient must be present to receive the order. For products containing alcohol, Muse XII reserves the right to request valid government-issued photo identification to verify legal drinking age before completing delivery.

To preserve product quality, jellies should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Muse XII cannot be responsible for product quality once an order has been accepted and is no longer under our care.

Each order is prepared with freshness in mind. For the finest quality, gelées should be enjoyed the same day. For optional quality, they should remain refrigerated and consumed within 1 day after delivery.
